Yet again, a Dave with a work related broken collerbone, and I didn't even read his post until a minute ago.

Coming home from work at Huber's last night over Tabor on Stark. Maybe 2-300' past the crest and barely descending like 10mph. It's beautiful outside and I've been hoofin' it up from he west side o' the hill, so I had taken off my leather and looped it through my satchel. The buckle randomly released on my strap as I start to go downward so I brake and  start to pull off to retreive my bag. Before I can think my jacket is wedged into my front fork and wheel and I'm on the ground.

Hit my head (not bad, light scrape behind the ear), bllod blister on my thumb tip (makes it hard to twist up my prescriptive pain killers) and a broken clavicle (collarbone). Shit hurts huh Dave? Carried my bike home, ate, slept (or at least tried) and to the ER today.

Anyone wanna kiss my clavicle?

I won't kiss your clavicle, but I can at least understand the blood blister on the thumb thing, since I have that as well. It's not painful so much as it is incredibly annoying.

Hope you get better soon.

Jave, you KNOW that I respect you.

In a public forum, I'm going to ask you to STAND DOWN.

Please man, you're better than this. You are a good guy who is obviously frustrated by the hypocrisy and abject misogyny in the community you love.

Letting your testosterone get the better of you in your argument only makes your debate seem trivial. Testosterone is a powerful drug that we cannot control the dosage of. The people in this community that YOU RESPECT are going to think less of you because your anger is clouding your judgment. Take a week off the blog. Chill out. Walk away from the flashing screen. Go hippy out; sometimes we all need that.

Maybe we could all do that? If you've felt heated IN ANY WAY by the zooblog over the last two week, could you please join me in a temporary boycott. It's not the site that needs boycotting, it's us. We can stop this bullshit now if we check ourselves.

You were just jelous of me in my sling.  Welcome to the club.  I'm pretty much done with my brace if the docs didn't give you one.  The doc says next time I break it I get to have a metal plate installed to my bones.  Just getting closer to being a cyborg.
